HBCU Day-One-Ready Program

The HBCU Day-One-Ready Program is a 10-week HBCU First internship equipping Black youth with college-to-career navigation know-how. Through a series of high-touch, student-led events, HBCU students work with Fortune® 500 executives to build skills and grow their network. All certificate earners complete 40 hours of capability-building workshops.
